A Crash Course in World History

[Taken from youtube.com/user/crashcourse]

So I have decided, considering how much attention I payed in history class at school, to start learning the history of the world and how we have come to be where we are today. So, here is the first video of about 42 which takes you through most of the significant world events that have occurred to date. If you like it then check out the playlist ‘World History’ (on the YouTube channel ‘crashcourse’) which contains all 42 videos.

“John Green investigates the dawn of human civilization. John looks into how people gave up hunting and gathering to become agriculturalists, and how that change has influenced the world we live in today. Also, there are some jokes about cheeseburgers.”
